Online Workshop Outline:
This is one of the most exciting collaborations I have done. In this 5 module Online Series, based on our “Solution Focused Brief Therapy with Clients Managing Trauma” book which we wrote for Oxford University Press, I have teamed up with Elliott Connie (a world leader in the SFBT) and Dr Adam Froerer (one of the world leaders in SFBT research) to share the power and the dynamic nature of Solution Focused Brief Therapy and its efficacy with clients who are managing / have experienced trauma.
This program is jam-packed with 21 videos as well as 2 additional bonus trauma session videos. Topics include essentials of hope, client as hero, the neuroscience perspective of clients managing trauma, the Solution Focused Brief Therapy step by step process, best hopes and the preferred future, how we view our clients and why, useful Solution Focused questions to ask to rebrief resilience, how to shift the trauma narrative to a hope and resilient narrative and how to keep hope alive.
Included are two client session videos as well as Solution Focused Brief Therapy 101 Questions and Hope Assessment Checklist PDFs.
