Our clients are exhausted. The last 2 years has been extremely tough and exhausting. The crisis of the Corona virus has been going on for far to long and everyone is feeling brunt out and over burdened. When we listens carefully to what our clients are saying, we can hear their absolute fatigue and overwhelmed sense of deep tiredness. Helping our clients with signs of burnout is a vital part of the recovery process of 2022. One often assumes that when a client is tired they need to rest. Yet, rest is not the only antidote to fatigue. This webinar will discuss useful and impactful ways to help client manage fatigue and burnout. Solution Focused Brief Therapy is a caring and hopeful approach to helping people overcome difficulty. Once we start looking out our clients from a perspective of admiration and awe we notice that they are incredible people coping with hard things. Finding a strength-based lens and noticing the amazing things people do to cope helps the client see themselves differently and in a magical way this combats burnout. Finding ways to renew and recharge our batteries are personal and unique to each person, their is no step by step recipe to recover and recharge. Asking good, mindful and personal questions helps the client find their own ways of combating fatigue.
Aims of the course:
- Understand the concepts of crisis fatigue and burnout
- Recognize the signs of burnout and overwork
- Formulate strategic Solution Focused questions to create vicarious resilience
- Build unique and tailor-made solutions to find energy
- Design unique crisis coping strategies

- Tailor make crisis intervention strategies
- Ask Solution Focused questions to re-brief client’s inner strengths
- Find unique ways of energizing the client
