PLEASE READ THE FOUR IMPORTANT INFORMATION SECTIONS AS DETAILED BELOW:
1) GENERAL INFORMATION
All the workshops (venue-based as well as online) have been accredited for CPD/CEU points, as advertised per workshop. A CPD/CEU certificate will be provided to each attendee upon successful completion of a workshop. We take your privacy seriously and will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to complete your registration; your order and for access to our newsletter. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Please note that for venue-based workshops, full payment is required 3 weeks prior to the commencement date of the workshop in order to secure your attendance.
Iveri from Nedbank is the default credit card payment solution. Iveri provides a secure Nedbank Iveri Payment Gateway (http://www.iveri.com/). Any double payments made in error will be refunded. Once your payment reflects on our side, your online order or purchase will be activated. Should an early/discounted registration offer be made available, the full payment is required by the early/discounted registration deadline in order to qualify for the discounted rate.
3) VENUE-BASED WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only a fully completed registration form and full proof of payment secures registration and placement.

Your bank and administration costs incurred will be for your account.
Event dates, times, venue and topics are subject to change.
The number of participants at each workshop is limited and acceptance will be on a first registration, first full payment basis.
Dr von Cziffra-Bergs reserves the right to refuse admission if proof of payment cannot be supplied.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will be informed and all fees will be refunded.
Participant cancellations received 5 or more working days prior to commencement of the workshop will incur a 60% workshop charge. No refunds will be considered if cancellations are received within 5 working days of commencement. In the event of a cancellation, notification must be in writing.
Non-arrivals will be liable for payment of the workshop fees in full. No refunds will be made for non-attendance.
4) ONLINE WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full proof of payment together with the relevant Order ID reference number must be emailed to email@example.com

Only a fully completed registration form and full workshop fees proof of payment secures your registration.
The Online Workshop commencement date is equal to the date your payment is validated. You will receive an Online Workshops commencement email on this date.
The completed Assignment Form and Evaluation Form must be submitted online within 8 weeks of the Online Workshop commencement date.
At 8 weeks, access to the Online Workshop will be suspended. A 2 week extension pack is available for purchase.
Dr von Cziffra-Bergs will mark the Assignment Form and evaluate whether the outcomes of the course have been reached in order to supply a CPD certificate. Dr von Cziffra-Bergs decision is final and no correspondence will be considered.
The refunding of payments received for an Online Workshop, either in part or in full, will not be considered regardless of circumstance as the workshop duration provides sufficient time to complete the workshop.
Each Online Workshop is designed as a part of a series which build upon each other. Dr Jacqui recommends that the online workshops be done in sequence, however this is optional.
Each Online Workshop within the series can only be accredited once per calendar year for CPD points. You therefore cannot submit the same Online Workshop twice in the same calendar year to earn double CPD points.
